AP Studio Art 2D

AP Studio Arts 2D is a rigorous course that will enable students to create a portfolio of college level work in the study of Advanced Graphic Design. Students will be asked to create original images based on prompts provided by the instructor. Students will be required to spend 3-5 hours a week working outside of class to fulfill the College Board’s portfolio requirements. Students that pass the exam will receive college credit from participating colleges.

• Exhibit a high level of digital art skills and a working knowledge of art elements and principles of design.

• Prepare an original body of work showing breadth in skills and content.
